Everything Customized to YOU

All our shutters are made pricesly using the finest materials to fit perfectly around your windows, doors or room dividers. Each shutter is carefully hand crafted to perfection using cabinet making techniques so they look and last as good as the day they were fitted for many years. We have a simple 3 step process giving you confidence and peace of mind that the design you agreed is delivered exactly to your expectation.

Design

Our experienced sales designer will begin the process by atteding your home and understanding key requirements you are looking to achieve. From this information they will measure and design your shutters paying attention to configuartions, colour schemes and aesthetics. At the end of the visit they will present a quote and discuss next steps.

Survey

Our surveyor will visit once an order has been agreed and will take final measurments as well as asses fittings required to install shutters. Our surveyor will review the installation and configuration before gaining sign off and sending to manufacture. Your surveyor will be your fitter and will be your main contact until final fit. During manufacturing we will contact you approximately 2 weeks before confirmed delivery to arrange fitting.

Installation

Our fitters all full time employees and take pride in their work. Each shutters is carefully unpacked on site and installed to perfection. Since everything has been made to measure we can normally finish most jobs within a day. We take pride in our work and balances are only paid in full if you are 100% satisfied with the work. All our shutters carry a 5 year guarantee against defected product and fitting.
